Marshall Place

Marshall Place

WCH partnered with Cascap, Inc., to transform a historic building into affordable senior housing. Construction was completed in September of 2005. The building, which is located within a few blocks of Watertown Square, now consists of ten (10) one-bedroom apartments with on-site supportive services and space for a resident manager.

The Quimby Condominiums

In 2002, WCH completed the Quimby Street Condominiums, four affordable units that are permanently deed-restricted for sale to moderate-income, first-time homebuyers.

New Prospects

WCH is always on the look-out for new development opportunities. We are exploring possibilities for developing affordable housing in Watertown and Coolidge Squares, and in other transit-oriented areas.
