Price (non-negotiable):

Applications accepted immediately.  First qualifying household to submit a pre-application will have the option to purchase.  There will NOT be a lottery.

Eligibility Requirements
Households must be at or below 80% of Area Median Income. The maximum gross incomes allowable for this unit are:
$46,300 1-person   ||  $52,950 2-person   ||  $59,550 3-person   ||   $66,150 4-person

Minimum Downpayment
A minimum 3% downpayment is required.  1.5% must be from buyer's own funds, the rest may be gifted.  Homebuyers may also be eligible to borrow money for downpayment assistance from the Town of Natick.

Downpayment Assistance
The Town of Natick is offering up to $10,000 in downpayment assistance to qualified buyers of these affordable units.  No separate application is necessary.  Not all affordable buyers will qualify.  
 
Deed Restriction
This unit is subject to a deed restriction that requires permanent affordability. Therefore, future sales are governed by the the State Dept. of Housing at the time of sale.
