Applicants will fill out a pre-application to determine initial eligibility and placement on applicant list.  The first complete and eligible applicant will be given the chance to purchase the unit. At that point, the applicant will be asked to fill out a full application and submit supporting paperwork before final eligibility determination.

Eligibility Requirements
Households must be at or below 80% of Area Median Income. The maximum gross incomes allowable for this unit are:
$46,300 1-person || $52,950 2-person
|| $59,550 3-person || $66,150 4-person || $71,450 5-person

Minimum Downpayment
A 3% ($5,319) downpayment is required.  Eligible buyers may be eligible to borrow up to $15,000 in Downpayment Assistance from the Town of Watertown.  These funds would be in addition to the 3% required down-payment.

Deed Restriction
This unit is subject to a deed restriction that requires permanent affordability. Therefore, future sales are governed by the the State Dept. of Housing at the time of sale.
